SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
1. Order processing takes 7-10 business days after your order is received.
2. Orders are shipped on Mondays. If your 7-10 business days expires before a Monday, your order will be shipped the following business day. Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
3. Tracking information will be sent via email to the email associated with your order, after the order is processed.
4. Billing and shipping addresses must match for the order to be processed and shipped.
5. Any errors in shipping addresses, returned packages or abandoned deliveries, the customer is responsible for any and all charges for returned shipping or redelivery.
6. Kadara Beauty LLC is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.Please verify that you have the correct address entered at the time the order was initially placed.
7. Signature is required for all orders $100
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. Shipping rates are based on the best available rates at the time of the order.
2. Receiver is responsible for tax/duties and any customs charges associated with the order.
3. After the package has shipped you will receive the tracking information associated with your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. After an order has been placed no cancellations or changes can be made.
2. Kadara Beauty LLC does NOT accept returns or exchanges. We do not issue refunds. Please make sure you are reading the descriptions of the items before submitting your order.
3. Damaged or defective products may be returned within 5 days of receipt at the discretion of Kadara Beauty LLC. Email us with photos and a description of the issue and we will make a determination of the outcome in 3 business day. Please be sure to include order/invoice numbers in the email.
4. Kadara Beauty LLC is not responsible for adverse effects from misuse of products or contraindications. Our products contain various oils, butters and herbs. Please seek advise from a doctor prior to use if you may have any contraindications.
5. Coupons and promotions are only valid for the times and terms listed within the promotional communication. Any coupon or promotion used outside of the specified terms will not be honored.
6. Kadara Beauty LLC is not responsible for items damaged due to extreme high or low temperatures. Bear in mind products are made with oils and butters that may change form if left for long periods of time in different temperatures.
Subscriptions And Cancellations
1. Subscriptions have to be purchased individually. No other item can be added to the cart along with a Subscribe Now item.
2. Subscription items are auto renewed until customer cancels.
3. Cancellations must be received 3 business days before the auto-renewal date to not be charged the subscription fee for the new month.
4. Charges for the new month are 30 days from the previous charge.
5. Any subscription not cancelled in the allotted time WILL NOT be refunded and the item(s) will still be shipped.
6. Coupons, promotions, and discount codes CANNOT be used with subscription items and will NOT be honored.
7. To cancel your subscription, select cancel subscription from your KadaraBeauty.com account. If you are having any issues cancelling your subscription please email us at kadarabeauty@gmail.com in the approved cancellation time frame above.
